“Firstly, their prices are competitive; secondly when you receive a cartridge that is say, substandard, ie "Incompatible Cartridge" or for some reason it just won't print they are keen to oblige without hassle and send you a replacement. There is a timeframe for this of "2 Years". I quite naturally would like to receive my print cartridge order 'tomorrow' but it takes nearly a week because it comes from Switzerland. For this reason you always need one hand to be able to use straight away.”
