“Fast efficient service. Well packaged and protected. Ink is good quality and is fairly long lasting. Best bit is it is so much cheaper than the original printer makers ink.”

“Took 15 min. to solve the problem of warning message on HP old model, office jet 7200. Went on HP web and followed suggestion of leave printer "on", unplug cable at printer, then unplug cable from wall. Wait for 60 seconds, plug in at wall, then plug in to printer. Now working. Quality of ink good. Delivery Very good”

“Good job I ordered 2 packs, the first pack I put in the printer was terrible. The ink must have been dry, all it printed was blue but the second pack seems to be o.k.”
