“I have found that all the cartridges supplied fit my printer, and there is no problem in loading them. However, I print mainly in black, and I find that the coloured cartridges seem to reduce in their ink capacity, regardless of whether I am using coloured printing or not. Why does this happen? Coloured cartridges do not seem to last very long, regardless of whether I am using them or not.”

“Always good service even if order is not necessarily despatched in one parcel. The only one complaint I have is that I live in Ireland so can only place an order when I foresee a trip to see family in UK and can have an order shipped there for my collection.”

“Found Printer Basics easy to order the correct inks for my Epson printer. The order arrived both quickly and correctly. As of yet the inks haven't been fitted so I can't comment on their quality, hence the 4 star rating instead of 5 star”

“The product was well packaged, arrived as expected and was east to install. My only gripe is that there was no / inadequate information regarding what would happen on my printer by not using Canon ink and as a result I have flashing orange lights i cannot get rid of. Having said that, the ink is performing fine”
