“Quick service, ink delivered in two days very good service. Now for the "but" My printer is a HP Envy model 5530. My printer does not like non HP cartridges. It seems to put up barriers to force me to buy genuine HP cartridges. I can get the printerbasics to work but the print quality is not good. I do not think HP or any other printer maker should try and force me to buy their over priced products.”
