“Printer Basics in my opinion cannot be Beaton with regard to 1. Customer Service, I bought a cartridge 15 months ago and it got a fault and without any argument they sent a replacement free of charge within 3 days. 2. On price they cannot be beaten and I have checked many of their competitors. 3. Communication is over and above any other firm I have spoken to. They reply within 24 hours and keep you informed by a great tracking service.”
