“Arrived promptly and as per specification however my printer rejected it as non-compatible. I was contacted by them and a lovely operator explained how to fix the problem which was my printer and not the cartridge.”

“Ordering was an easy process, & delivery was in good time. There was a fault with the cartridge I received, but this was dealt with very speedily by the Customer Service team, politely & with no fuss. I would certainly deal with Printer Basics again.”

“Ordered 2 packs of printer ink. They were a fraction of what i would have paid in a shop. They arrived in good time and were well packaged. I was very impressed with the service. I will definately use printer basics again and would highly recommend them.”
