“I changed my ink cartridges as usual and kept getting messages not compatible, after a dozen attempts I have given up. I accept they are compatible cartridges but my printer will not accept them and I have always changed them and not had a problem.”

“Tried two sets of ink supplied and had a problem with the printer recognizing them. I know it's an old printer, but it has never been used before and it could be part of the problem, hence my stars only being three When I find time, I will have another try at setting it up again because it's only a backup printer to my laser printer”

“I ordered a drum unit for my Brother printer, model DCP-L2510D. I was surprised to see it arrive in a Laser Toner package, but that's neither here nor there; also, without any documentation, such as invoice/receipt/instructions. But it fits. The product is only moderate - see review below.”

“I found your delivery very speedy! However, normal printing is good, but about 20 per cent of what I do is using the printer as a photo-copier, if you see what I mean. My previous printer cartridges would produce acceptable copies, but with your ink there is a faint copy, therefore it's un-usable. What a shame. Back to square one. Need to buy more cartridges, elsewhere.”

“What I got did not look like on the picture on their website. They work, but I was looking for different type of cartridges that wouldn't stain me senconds after taking the seal off them. Fast delivery. I would still recommend because if the prices they offer.”

“Customer service needs a lot of improving. Cartridges work absolutely fine, quick delivery and the quality of product seems good, but had to chase and chase to get a VAT receipt to claim back on expenses. Eventually received around 3 weeks after placing the order.”
