“Having changed my Epson printer and my local ink cartridge supplier having retired I followed his recommendation and went to PI Direct. The website had very clear information, was simple to navigate and place an orde at a very acceptable price with free delivery. Email confirmation was received within minutes, followed by confirmation the order had been mailed. The inks arrived next day securely packaged.
