“supplied faulty toner and now ignoring me rather than replacing it!”

“Ordered 7th September for next day delivery - never arrived. Rang numerous times but no answer. No reply to emails. Managed to speak to someone who advised he was only a temp and the order was still showing as pending so he was going to speak to someone and call me back - Never happened! Emailed again today(20th Sept) explaining the situation again and finally got a standard reply saying "apologies about the delay, I will process the refund today" First time placing an order, will not use this company again.”

“I tried to call the last two days about 20 times but every time going voice mail. This number is on their website, 0345 1204495”

“ordered on Monday, still no delivery on thursday. Emailed numerous times and cannot get through on the phone. This site cannot be trusted, will be reporting of do not hear back today. order ref 302230.”
