“I have been a customer of Pro Colloidal for years. Good product. Always been happy. A bit of a hiccup with my recent order, it didn't arrive, I had the email to say it was dispatched, but no delivery. I sent a message to the customer service department, no reply, so I sent another one, again no reply. So I telephoned after a week. The gentleman said he would look into it. A couple of days after, there was a another notification of impending delivery, then the delivery happened a couple of days after. I'm happy to have received the Silver, but on a Customer Service level, not good. Why have a system set up to notify them of any queries, if it's just ignored? This is the only time I've had a problem, delivery previously has been Swift. But I had to wait quite a long time for this one.”

“I would appreciate it if Pro Colloidal Silver sent out an email to say when the product was dispatched, the name of the carrier and expected delivery date. I had none of this information and it was fortunate that I was in for the delivery this morning.”

“Very good website, easy to purchase and efficient delivery. The product itself appears to be good, its my first order so when i've completed bottles and re-ordered i'll review again with more detail on benefits. I'm taking this with a gel used topically so i hope to see some benefits after a month or two. Overall very happy so far”

“Would have liked an acknowledgement and delivery time on order but PCS were quick to respond when I asked. Goods came well packaged and quicker than I expected.”
