“This company is being investigated by both the police & my bank as no goods were ever received. Phone calls & emails were not responded to. I have been more than fare & patient for 3 months. The website seems to still be having maintenance work done on it [Since December last year].”

“Excellent product have been a satisfied customer for years. After several e/mail requests i am unable to access my account. I have tried to order as an one off customer but it comes up as account already operational. I am unable to get my regular discount. My last order was ordered by my married daughter who could not use mt discount. My emails have not been answered. S.O.S. Please. JA”

“Emailed due to non receipt of order and had no response. Where’s my order?? Gave you the benefit of the doubt when I placed my last order and had to contact you because the order was damaged. 3 phone calls and 2 emails but no response.”

“I have been a regular customer for approx 7 years. My latest order was placed on 10 Feb. It is now 23 Feb and I am yet to receive it. Despite calling several times, leaving a voicemail (the phone NEVER gets answered) and an email, I have heard nothing from the Company. This is extremely disappointing. I have waited patiently to give the Company a chance to respond, but Ive heard nothing. Hence, I am now leaving this review.”

I find this hard to believe. The zinc wire is so pliable it's near impossible to snap. Customer hasn't been in touch prior to review.

“My orders arrived in excellent time and deserves 5* so thank you. Sadly, your customer service is non-existent and deserves zero stars. I have emailed 7+ times since 6th March through 3rd April with a query and have received no reply. Your product seems to be satisfactory but I am more than disappointed with your lack of after-sales service. On the leaflet accompanying my orders, it says to contact you with any queries! The review request was sent to me on 13th March and I delayed responding until now, hoping you would have the courtesy to reply. I don’t like giving negative reviews but when I have to contact another company to answer my query, I don’t feel I can give a good one.”

This review was left 2 days after an order was placed with international shipping to Portugal. The order was duly sent, but obviously international orders do take a bit longer.

Unfortunately, at the time of your order, we were having a medical emergency, but you opted to pursue a paypal claim after just 2 days and we refunded you back in full.

“I am extremely disappointed as I have yet to receive an order that I placed before Christmas. No response when I have placed online enquires which is extremely poor service. I was recommended to this site over others and will now need to dispute this payment with pay pal”
