“I was very satisfied with the service I received. I had a minor issue with the Verification Process during checkout, but I suspect this had to do with my device - a cell phone - being a bit outdated. I also believe that the online Verification Process software is more compatible with newer devices, like newer cell phones than the older device I used. Overall, I am very satisfied with the first service I received from Probmas. Also, the chat was VERY helpful. I suggest that anyone planning on using Probmas services with any question whatsoever, use the Live Chat as a start. They're patient and more than qualified to answer your questions so this might be a good starting point, especially for the more 'inquisitive' customers. Who knows? This may be the start of a continuing Player/ Probemas business relationship. Thanks! :)”
