"Bad experience, unfair and abusive of business practice\n\nI tried to cancel the order in less than 15 minutes after placed the order online. It never went thru even I sent a couple emails to provided customer service email. A couple days later, email sent to me indicated the product was dispatched and I replied asking for cancelation. They replied email it's not possible since it was dispatched and I have to go thru the return after receiving the product. Well, they obviously would like to sell the product and careless about the consumer's concern and interest. It would be considered as an abusive business practice if a consumer would agree. Well, it is too bad that I would never come back doing business with them again and I would share my experience to the consumers out there to be very cautious when doing business with prodirectsoccer.com"
