“Second time purchasing your ink. The first time it seem to of worked. But this time the eight piece broken pieces in the printer and clogged up the printer. The black ink cartridge I ordered is working fine. The previous one I ordered from you did not work. It would not sit properly in printer and the message on my screen said "cartridge was not properly connecting". Because I didn't know if it was the cartridge or a problem with my printer, I ordered another black ink cartridge from you and it works fine. Can I return the cartridge that does not work for a replacement? And what address does it go to?
