“The ink works very well in my Xerox 8700 color cube printer. I had a minor problem with a tab coming out of the cubes, which made the ink inoperable in my printer. Professor Color sent an immediate replacement which was excellent cutomer service.”

“Second time purchasing your ink. The first time it seem to of worked. But this time the eight piece broken pieces in the printer and clogged up the printer. Had to get service come in and they fixed it but now the black ink is not working at all. Very disappointed in the quality of the ink and the guarantee That it would work”
