“I had been suspicious of toners not offered by the makers of my laser printer, especially after a couple of them leaked into my printer nearly destroying it. Still, I didn't want to continue to pay the astronomical price for toner to Xerox and others. I decided to take the advice of several Professor Color customers and just give it a try. I did, two or three years ago. I couldn't be happier. The toner and secure cartridges are all as good as the overpriced ones, so I can always keep a full deck kept as a backup. Customer service can't be beat. And, they even provide avenues to get their toner at a discount even from their very low prices through easy to get coupons.”

The black ink cartridge I ordered is working fine. The previous one I ordered from you did not work. It would not sit properly in printer and the message on my screen said "cartridge was not properly connecting". Because I didn't know if it was the cartridge or a problem with my printer, I ordered another black ink cartridge from you and it works fine. Can I return the cartridge that does not work for a replacement? And what address does it go to?

“I ordered 2 4-packs of toner in December. Just put in the second black toner and it's empty. Didn't get to print anything, it was empty straight from the package. Very disappointed.”
“Third time I've bought toner cartridges for Xerox printer from Professor Color. No complaints at all about cartridges; they're a good, inexpensive replacement. Shipping did take longer than promised this time but, that seems to be the norm these days.”
