“Your explanation on my pension review made it a whole lot clearer and easier to understand and the better long term financial benefits that I will get in retirement is alot better . Keeping me upto date all along the way with regular phone calls and letters explaining what was happening and when it would happen. the new life cover gives me piece of mind that my wife and family will be looked after in the event of anything happening to me---- thank you.”

“Steve my advisor is excellent. Very professional, patient, understanding and friendly. I know nothing about pensions and Steve took the time to explain everything clearly. He happily answered all my queries and reassured me. His knowledge and experience is excellent, I felt confident in leaving every thing in his capable hands. It was a relief to do so. Steve sourced the best pension option[s] for me and I have proceeded with his recommendation. I am very happy as a result. Steve's follow up is very good and I know I can call him anytime. He is a huge asset to your company.”

“I was quite happy with the service I got from Profile Financial Services. They talked me through each and every step through the review and eventual transfer to a different pension scheme. I got my own financial advisor who was extremely patient and always happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how petty or pedantic they were, calmly and politely. My only criticism was the length of time taken between; first contact and the final receipt of my new pension portfolio. All in all though, they were very professional with their advice and information. I would, if the need ever arose, utilize their skills again.”

“My overall experience was a good one. Profile saw to my needs in a professional manner throughout the whole process. The only negative I would say is it was not made clear in the first instance that the interview with my chosen advisor was on the telephone.”

“Very pleased.At no stage did I feel pressurised to enter into an agreement, and when I had questions [of which there were many!], they were answered in a straight and easy to understand manner.Appointments were conducted by phone ,at a time convenient to me, and this seemed to be a much better way of doing things. No pressure !!”
