I experienced excellent customer service, I ordered the incorrect refills for my album and the staff picked up on this and made contact to confirm that what I ordered was what I wanted (it wasn’t) and made the necessary changes which prevented a whole lot of stress especially at Christmas. I cannot fault this company following my order and prompt delivery. I am in NSW and placed an online order, for six albums, on Monday 26/05/2025. Today, Wednesday 28/05/2025 (a.m.) a large box, containing the six ablums ordered, was at my front door when I returned from shopping. Brilliant service and great looking product.
