“Initial order was for click and collect - this could then not be done due to the weight?
Delivery was then arranged - but it could not be left with a neighbour??? so went back. The next delivery was split by the courier into 2 deliveries - one of which came when no-one was in so went to the local (30 miles away) hub, so I ended up spending 2 hours picking it up myself. Not great service!

The only thing which annoyed me was that I had selected (and paid for) next day delivery and it wasn't until after completion of the order that I discovered that this was only possible on orders before 5pm. So I paid for next day delivery and got it in 2 days not 1 which I could have saved some money on :-(”

“I will confess to getting a little concerned when nothing had arrived by half three on day five, but at ten after seven at night (and with a further six deliveries to make) two cheerful guys in a white van delivered my item, an Optoma projector ceiling mount. It proved simple to fit even though the 'A' pocket of the fixings pack was already torn open and empty on receipt. In short, everything you said about the item was accurate and so was the delivery date. At this time of year that in itself is not easy, particularly in the rural north of Scotland. Well done team !”
“Projector planet behaved perfectly with this order. The projector ceiling mount seems like a great bit of kit, and it fits my optoma hd26 projector with a bit of fiddling about, and swapping the mounting arms for the smaller included extension arms. But customers should be aware that the fixings required to attach the mount to the actual ceiling are not included. Nor is any advice as to the size or number of fixings required given in the instructions. It would have been better if fixings had been included in the kit, as I now have to work out which ones to get to safely support this heavy piece of kit and go and buy some screws. For the want of about 2 pounds worth of screws I'm annoyed and frustrated with it, instead of being delighted!”
