Happy with delivery of projector however missed the hdmi cable id ordered at the same time :( replacement will take 5 working days to arrive whereas original order was 2 days delivery :(

Projector planet behaved perfectly with this order. The projector ceiling mount seems like a great bit of kit, and it fits my optoma hd26 projector with a bit of fiddling about, and swapping the mounting arms for the smaller included extension arms. But customers should be aware that the fixings required to attach the mount to the actual ceiling are not included. Nor is any advice as to the size or number of fixings required given in the instructions. It would have been better if fixings had been included in the kit, as I now have to work out which ones to get to safely support this heavy piece of kit and go and buy some screws. For the want of about 2 pounds worth of screws I'm annoyed and frustrated with it, instead of being delighted!

Fast Hassle free service using the online overnight pre 12pm service! BUT... The two times I called the people on the phone were rude and gave me less info than was easily available on the website - it was the 'pre-purchase hotline' but I had the feeling that if I wasn't buying they wanted to get rid of me (even thought we never got to that). Classic commission based sales people stuff and if the site wasn't easy to use I would have gone straight somewhere else! Aside from this I'm very happy with the product.

The package was delivered to the pick up shop very quickly at 2.35 p.m. on Saturday 16th August but I was unable to take possession then as Collect Plus had not sent me the verification code which the shop needed and I was unable to contact them. Projector Planet supplied the code to me on the following Monday morning on receipt of which I was able to pick up my projector. Collect Plus's communication failure slightly spoilt what would have otherwise been an excellent service.

Item came very quickly, almost too quickly. I selected the cheapest delivery option, for 5 working days, on the expectation that it would come the following week when I had holiday. Instead it came 1 day after the order was processed, but luckily my wife was in to receive the parcel. Also, I originally asked for store collection which the ordering system allowed. But as soon as it was processed I was told it was too big for store collection and had to be delivered. That's fine but you should be told that up front? These are minor points though, overall good service and at a great price.

Products arrived in very good time, reasonably well packed & undamaged. So a good experience. I didn't have cause to contact support so can't comment on how they handle problems. I did call once over a payment issue. It was swiftly sorted out, though the person I spoke to came across as soulless & perhaps overly stressed, which is a slight worry in respect of the level of support one might receive when needed. Overall, positive & I will use them again.

The projector, in its sealed carton, was delivered quickly and performs to spec - five. The cable I ordered with it is OK too. Five stars for all that. However, the cable, packed with the projector in a "bin bag", had been on top of the projector box when something heavy was put on it, causing some damage to the projector box - fortunately not to the projector inside or the cable itself. (I can provide photos, if it helps.)

We have had trouble in sending back Optima Projector PK320 with the people you use for collections. We had to send back in post ourselves in the end. That was the only problem we had with your services,other than that very polite staff and very helpful on the phone regarding this matter. Overall I would recommend your services to anyone else,very professional outfit and also very informative staff.

My Optoma DS325 has rapidly become part of the furniture of my life. I spend a large chunk of my life at home due to illness and I use it to throw my laptop screen onto the wall. Crisp, clear image, good colour and I am very satisfied. The only reason it gets 4 and not 5 stars is that it's slightly noisier than my last projector.
