Gave me the wrong advice about which projector to buy. I ended up with one that was unsuitable. The delivery was OK but aftersales were really unfriendly and unhelpful. I offered to pay a lot more to upgrade to a more expensive projector but they just said No. They are OK until you have paid and after that you find out what they are really like. I would buy from another company if you want to deal with people that care more about their customers than in my case.

Terrible service. Requested next day delivery (within 2 working days). Waited around at home for 2 days with no delivery. Customer service useless. After I got feed-up of waiting I asked for the delivery to be cancelled and the order to be refunded. This was arranged but let and behold the following day (7 days after the order was originally placed) the projector was delivered. I now have to wait around on Monday for the projector to be collected. I am hoping this will go without any problems and will actually happen and that I will be refunded fully including the next day delivery costs. I will never use this company again and will not recommend to anyone. I have since used ebuyer.com and projectorshop24.co.uk to complete my purchases. I will be writing further reviews once/if I get a refund.

Although it was more than I had been quoted I ordered a projector from your projector planet website, which advertised it would have a HDMI cable slot (the only criteria I searched for). However once the projector arrived, later than quoted, it did not have a HDMI cable slot. I rang the store to rectify the problem (as the projector was needed for that evening) however I was rudely told that although the mistake was at their fault for misadvertising the product, due to the fact I put down that I was buying the projector for my business, it would be non refundable. After a long and tiresum discussion I was granted an exchange as a ‘gesture of god will’ . However to my horror, after driving 50 miles to Projectorplanet.co.uk I was then told the only projector they had in stock with a HDMI cable was an additional £40 left with no option as I was only offered an exchange, I paid the additional £40, despite paying a £3.95 next day delivery on the original order, taking half a day off work and traveling to the store. I have never received an apology from projectorplanet.co.uk and was treated as though I had brought the issue on myself. I wish I could say that I am now happy with my product but I find the quality poor, especially when compared to other cheaper models on the market. Many thanks Sinead Wilson

The projector screen I ordered was broken on arrival. Although I notified within the terms of business I was told I could not have my money back. I have returned the goods at my cost and requested my money back. I have been told I can only have a repair and that there will be further costs. I have heard nothing from them since 4 April At present Projector planet have my screen and my money. They do not adhere to their terms of business and do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act. I will NEVER shop with them again nor recommend anyone else to. I will retract this opionion if I get a fair result from Projector Planet
