BUYER BEWARE! I purchased the Proov Pro supplement. It gave me extreme anxiety and sense of impending doom. The website says that if there’s an issue, they can refund me. I sent all the information to receive my refund. What they do not share is that we are responsible for a restocking fee and shipping fee. Please beware that their claim of helping if there is an issue is false advertising. I received my refund with the restocking and shipping fee deducted, but I was also charged a separate shipping fee by their Redo/Proov platform that handles exchanges. I explained this to customer service and even showed card statement proof that I was charged and they still refused to take responsibility of the double charge. This is disrespectful and a disservice to customers, especially those who are in a vulnerable state with fertility/infertility. Don’t waste your money on this company.

The customer service is abysmal. They told me the tests weren't faulty because "I didn't like the results". That's not correct I received 2 faulty tests and they denied they were faulty. There is no way they have a 100% no faulty tests. It's disappointing as the previous tests were fine but these two, completely faulty and the CEO even removed my post about it on their forum because I told her the tests were faulty. So basically, they wouldn't allow me to have a voice. I asked them to send me 2 tests (which I would pay for) so I could show them my tests were faulty and they refused. Of course! They don't want proof their tests are so dodgy. But not only this, customer support gave me unasked for and inappropriate medical advice, when they don't know my medical history or situation and besides Don't buy their tests. They will not help you if something is wrong with them. They just deny responsibility. Greedy, dodgy and unethical is how I see this company.

The customer service is abysmal. Mandy is great but Amy is awful, telling me the tests weren't faulty because "I didn't like the results". What an absolutely ridiculous and unscientific thing to say. I received 2 faulty tests and they denied they were faulty. There is no way they have a 100% no faulty tests. It's disappointing as the previous tests were fine but these two, completely faulty and the CEO even removed my post about it on their forum because I told her the tests were faulty. So basically, they censor anyone if they don't like what they say, even though what I said was correct. I asked them to send me 2 tests (which I would pay for including the postage) so I could show them my tests were faulty and they refused. Of course! They don't want proof their tests are so dodgy. But not only this, Amy the CEO gave me unasked for and inappropriate medical advice, when she doesn't know my medical history or situation and besides, she was wrong on everything she said and wouldn't acknowledge it. She's not a doctor and should not be giving medical advice to people she doesn't know. Don't buy their tests. They will not help you if something is wrong with them. They just deny responsibility. Greedy, dodgy and unethical is how I see this company.

Really really disappointed with these and the customer service. I tested exactly like the instructions prompted me to and kept getting negatives. I tested on the exact days I was supposed to because I was taking ovulation tests to make sure I was having a LH surge. I was so disappointed and thinking I hadn’t ovulated because of these tests. I entered them into the app and would even delete the app and re download them to put the results back in to see what they’d be and they would give me a different reading Everytime so I emailed support about it and never even got a response! Oh and guess what ……… IM PREGNANT….. so the tests were most certainly wrong. I wish I hadn’t of wasted my money.

I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience 1 found the app very hard to follow and then I did blood work at the doctor after app told me I ovulated and blood said the opposite - not helpful to be during a very tough journey

I recently got diagnosed with endometriosis after a year of trying to conceive. I've had 3 chemical pregnancies and after reading you are more likely to have low progesterone due to the estrogen dominance that comes with endometriosis, I thought this would be a good way to check. The app was so frustrating to use. It kept not reading the answer and when it finally did it seemed wrong (positive when it was darker compared to the previous day when it said negative). So now I don't trust the results at all. You also can't delete a reading and scan it again to make sure it wasn't an error. Very disappointing experience that caused much more stress

I was looking for a blood ovulation test kit and this was one of the few tests that popped up on the search engine. Read through the reviews and the description, nowhere did it say it was a urine test. But, again this is my fault, I assumed it was a blood test after reading about how many hormones it tested for. Received the package and to my dismay I found out it was a urine test. Went to try and contact customer care to talk about a refund and they don’t accept it and suggested I resell on their Facebook site. To be honest, that’s not a great solution as this is already a trying time with my wife as we have been trying to conceive for almost a year. So now I’m forced to eat the cost or take a chance to sell it in Facebook. Not great

Not accurate. Get a blood test if you can afford it. The Proov FSH test told me my FSH looked good, but when I had a blood test it said my FSH was borderline to high.

The FSH test was not accurate. The Proov test told me my FSH looked fine, but a blood test revealed that they are actually on the high side.

The Proov test told me my progesterone level was too low 7 days after my ovulation, meanwhile a blood test from my doctor on the same day showed my progesterone to be at 26. My doctor said it was very high and healthy and he would not recommend progesterone supplements for me. Based on the Proov test it was under 10. For me the tests were a waste of money.

Unfortunately these tests didn’t provide accurate reflections of my progesterone levels. This past cycle, I had 3 of 4 negative Proov tests. I had gotten similar results for a few cycles before which caused me a lot of concern. Because of my prior negative tests and my concern I shared with my doctor, during this cycle, he ordered blood serum progesterone tests on days 6, 7 and 9 past peak. All tests were very positive (ranging from 16 to 26 ng/mL). I understand progesterone and PdG are different, but this tests is presented and marketed as a proxy for evaluating sufficient progesterone levels. Based on my blood tests, my levels were well above what would be sufficient and the alleged correlated 10 ng/mL of the Proov test. I think these tests may work well for some but my experience (and the feedback from my doctor when I asked him about the Proov test) was that this is not a reliable measure of progesterone or ovulation quality. I love data and would continue to utilize the strips if I could count on them correlating to accurate progesterone levels, but for me that was not the case. The customer service was very helpful though so it could be worth a try for you as long as you keep in mind the limitations and can keep your worry at bay until you get clinical blood work done in the event of negative tests.

I wasn't planning to write a review but since they emailed me asking here we go. I think these tests are a waste of money and prey upon the vulnerabilities of women struggling to conceive. The positive/ negative result did not comport with blood tests and advice given by two different OBGYNs. The invented concept of "good or bad" ovulation is a misleading oversimplification at best and pseudoscience at worst. These tests are extremely expensive, hard to read, and have created panic in many women who ovulate completely normally and are able to achieve pregnancy.

I never seemed to have a passing test, but got pregnant the same cycle. It made me more anxious than relieved. My doctor tested my progesterone and it was normal.

The proov pdg test caused unnecessary stress. My results were consistently negative. I called my doctor and she suggested a blood draw to check my progesterone levels and it came back at 20, therefore proving I had ovulated during my cycle. I will not be using any proov products in the future.
