“My cans of Storm Protector stain arrived severely damaged. I've emailed their customer support four times over the course of a month, and have yet to get a response. There is no way to contact the company, other than by email, which is worthless. Now it's too late to return the damaged cans, since it's now over thirty days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON PURCHASES FROM THIS COMPANY. NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
“The company is shipping out a duplicate order and there is no way to reach them. Without a valid person to speak with it is going to arrive and we have to reject the order AND verify our credit card does not get charged. Because something got messed up on their end WE are going to have to jump through hoops. Not a very business like way to run a company”
