“I'm existing customer and I want take loan, but now 50 hour's nobody from Provident not contacted me. When I called 50 hours ago,Provident costumer said me, 24 hours agent contacted me”

“Provident applying for the loan was fine. I found the person I am dealing with for re-payment not very friendly. Could do with people skills training.”

“Was disappointed could not get loan i needed you say first time loans could borrow 600 i asked for 400 for a cot for my baby only lend 200 as only 21 so very disappointed as had to borrow money from friends as well”
