“Was going for car finances and found out that provident give me bad credit history report... they agent left and was waiting for another agent to call out and they never bothered so loan wasn’t paid call them many times make complain about it to the the women was rubb and told me I would paid over the one as I told he agent was to be collected at mine door step...
Wouldn’t recommend them stay away for Provident worst company ever”
“Applied over a week ago for a loan and never had a issue with it before but now trying to get a loan is a joke. Every excuse under the sun not to give it and I never missed a payment in all my loans I had.”

“I would have given you 5 stars but the call out woman was the most ignorant woman I've ever met in my life. She even told me to shut up in my own home and made me feel like a bum the way she treated me and I'd prefer not to deal with her again .and was making me feel like she was giving me the loan out of her money.her name is Annette. If you have any other reps around to call for payments I'd prefer to deal with them instead of her. But for the loan from provident I really appreciate it and will look forward to dealing with provident again when my loan is clear thank you.”

“*Profanity removed by Feefo* waited forty mins in house with a agent to be told i cant get loan i was after but they told me 3 days prior it was accepted, agent had no network on phone and the whole process to be done via mobile,left depending on agent to have coverage in rural cavan!!!! go to post bank or credit union at least they no what there at in there.”
“Loan arranged last week, the chap doing the collecting was supposed to come and collect the first payment as arranged on Saturday evening after 6 pm, the chap never showed up to collect the first payment, and he was not contactable. The collectors supervisor came to my house without an appointment on Tuesday and spoke to my wife about the missed payment, he spoke to my wife who did not take out the loan, and has not spoken to me! Payment book and any details relating to the loan has still not arrived.”
