“Paczka nadana pod koniec sierpnia i nie dotarla. Brak inicjatywy ze strony Przesylarki pod wzgledem uaktualnien. Kiedy prosze o informacje, dostaje
standardowe odpowiedzi: 'bardzo zależy nam na wyjaśnieniu zaistniałej sytuacji', 'codziennie monitujemy u Przewoźnika w Pani sprawie', 'w sprawę zaangażowaliśmy też naszego opiekuna handlowego', itp., itd... w kazdym mailu to samo. Nie ma indiwidualnego podejscia do klienta i brak informacji w zwiazku z nastepnymi dzialaniami.
Okazuje sie, ze zaobserwowano 'problem na większą skalę z paczkami tego przewoźnika' (DHL). Wiec dlaczego DHL figuruje jako opcja przewoznika? Bardzo sie zawiodlam na tym posredniku. Polecam wysylanie paczek bezposrednio przez kuriera- przynajmiej mozna podjac jakies dzialania. DHL odsyla do przewoznika. Nigdy wiecej!”
“bad experiance. My parcel was going almost month not 3-5 days like should and after month from delivered they wants more money without proof from DPD, without nothing why I need pay more???Just because contract said 90 days from delivered parcel, compny can complain to you. I asked about proof, recipt from DPD or protocol something was wrong with my parcel - they can't give me nothing, just I need pay and that's it. Of course I not will pay more if I havent proof why for what and who do protocol about my parcel was wrong. People be carefull. They not talke any responsibility for nothing just took money more and more”

woman in the office can't even get collection date right cant check collection was Wednesday on Thursday done request to collect again no one turned up its end of Friday and still had no collection.

“I've shipped 4 boxes with own inventory. All 4 boxes came damaged, first 3 have been delivered as per confirmation, the last one was very heavy damaged and should be delivered following day. When I called the office I've been advised that Przesylarka will not take any responsibility as they figure only as a agent. However they are more than happy to take your money, when stuff goes wrong, they will blame the transport company. Now there are 4 photo albums missing... Emotional value can't be compensated, wouldn't recommend to anyone company who doesn't take any responsibility, only your money!!!”
