“Not given the gifts yet so cannot comment on the quality of the items purchased. But I did make an error on my order and I received amazing customer service, I sent a quick email to explain my error and asked if it could be fixed before shipping. One of your exceptional coworkers called Greg answered my email within minutes and promptly corrected my issue, it was the best piece of customer service I have ever received, and I only hope this is passed onto both Greg and his managers. He was polite and I was not expecting everything to get resolved as speedy as it was, I would like to thank him again as it did save me extra worry and stress at this time of year. I will deffo be returning to purchase with puck stop again and will recommend it to anyone who will listen, thanks again , and merry Christmas”
