“Great service - when something was out of stock, they let me know straight away, worked out an alternative and posted it express. That really saved some issues later in the week!”

“Puck Stop are exemplary. Their customer service is outstanding. I emailed with a question after I had already placed an order and I was given personal, 1-2-1 attention. My question was not only answered but the staff member went out of their way to create a specific response, above and beyond, to get the job done. Far exceeding any reasonable expectation, these folks rock. Order with confidence.”

“I'd like to highlight the most amazing customer service I got from Puckstop. I made an error when I placed my order and they couldn't have been more responsive and helpful, I'm very grateful they sorted out my order for me. Delivery was really fast and the item is of great quality and good value, much cheaper than I saw on some other sites. I'm glad I made my purchases from Puckstop and they will be my go-to shop going forward. Thanks for a great shopping experience!”
