“I called and spoke with Malcolm, he was exceptionally helpful finding the correct stick within my price range. He also gave me advice on cutting the stick to size. The stick arrived by 09:00am the next morning. I couldn't be any happier with the service and will definitely shop with you again (especially if a bargain pops up??)”

“Good and quick service from a well stocked store! I’m a first ever skater and Malcolm made me feel at ease and fitted my new skates for me. He presented good knowledge and explained how they should feel. He recommend some guards for the blade to prevent them from rusting too! Highly recommend!”

“I ordered a Blad Barber from Puck stop and it was unfortunately dispatched tothe wrong address. I contected them on Sat not really expecting anything untill the Monday and they were on it immediately - they emailed me straight back to apologise and dispatched a new one on the Saturday that arrived Monday (Royal mail so no Sunday delivery) I think the measure of customer service is not when everything works but in how an organisation resolves issues and I can honestly say the service I received from Puck Stop was second to none I would hapily reccomend them and will definately use them again without a second thought”
