“It was actually the square-head scre I had needed but these axles will be a good addition to my equipment kit bag. Kudos to Puckstop halving the delivery charge automatically when realising that the package was tiny and would not cost as much as initially billed. Wish more companies were as honest with customers.”

“Excellent customer service! I reached out to the team regarding recreational skates and I got a response REALLY quickly. The subsequent email correspondence couldn't be faulted, I asked a number of questions and one in particular about sizing met with a response of a photo of a drawn outline of someone's foot to show me how to measure mine!! Really helpful and unexpected. The skates arrived really quickly and after ripping my little finger pulling the laces...(lesson learned) I am very pleased with them! Thank you so much, from a very happy customer :)”
