“Thank you so much for the speedy delivery. I was thrilled when I got them so quick. The pants were needed for a weekend tourni but they were smaller than i thought. I really like them so I want to return this size for a bigger size.”

“Fast delivery, size was too small (my mistake) rang the store, offered advice about fitting, stayed on the phone whilst I retried, still too small. Requested return which was authorised within half an hour! I sent the skates back next day delivery and they sent the next size up the same day they received the return, next day delivery! Customer service 5*, ease of shopping 5*, issue resolved timely 5* an absolute breath of fresh air dealing with this company!”

“Puckstop is amazing! I've started Ice skating with a long term goal of Ice hockey and every single team member is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've played sports all my life, but new to skating/hockey and they take time to explain everything in detail, and really have a passion for the sport and it definitely shows. Can't wait to pop back in store soon! Thanks to all the team.”
