“Lisa & Jason warmly welcomed me to the Leeds (armley Road) store yesterday. I hadn’t visited for a long time and yet they recognised me!
The store was bright, clean & an excellent experience to spend time viewing such a vast range of products. I needed help and Jason was by my side helping me for quite a while. He was very attentive, open & clearly committed to helping me as I am a stroke survivor & diabetic now facing some unwanted changes & challenges! HE & Lisa were were very engaged in helping me make selections & were very willing to help assess the best solutions for me.
I am sure some people find such a sex-related store a bit intimidating & some may find approaching the staff difficult. There is no need to feel this way. Embarrassment, inhibitions & anxiety at ‘exposing’ sexual problems, preferences & experimentation- especially to the opposite gender staff member - is totally unnecessary!
I have no hesitation in highly recommending the Leeds Pulse & Cocktails store and its staff to anyone (over the age of 18 years). Even just to visit out of curiosity & to see how 21st century technology & materials science has been adopted by the sex industry is well worth your time.

“Very friendly female staff member. Made me feel at ease on my visits. Nervous to go in but was made to feel at ease in-store. Lot's of toys and DVDs for selection at good prices. Trying not to get an erection as I'm easily aroused is difficult at all on display but made to feel at ease helps. Thank you.”

I felt really relaxed, walk around, and Wendy said if I needed any help, don't hesitate to ask.
I was pleasantly surprised by wendy's knowledge of all her stock, and how helpful she is.
I was interested in buying a doll, and Wendy discussed everything with me, she is such a lovely lady to chat with, and was extremely eager, to help me with everything to do with my doll, which clothing would suit my doll, etc.
I really loved shopping in the store and will be a regular customer, buying new outfits etc, for my doll.
Wendy went above and beyond to help me with everything I purchased.

“My hubby and I always goes to the armley store in leeds. The ladies are so helpful and friendly and polite. My hubby and I like to try new things and the ladies tells us about the best products to use and which lubricant would be best to use. Also I love their baby doll and they advise me on which ones would be best for me as I'm not a small breasted woman. We have been coming to this shop for many years and they have never once pushed us into buying things and they have never been judgemental.”
