"These capsules are very easy to swallow. I had some difficulty filling them with the powdered supplements. I made a jig to hold them upright while filling with a tiny funnel and tube. There are smaller holes from the bottom of the jig to push those filled sections up out of the jig while capping each. See finished capsules laying on the jig. "

The caps bag was torn when the order arrived prior to removing from box with loose caps scattered throughout. Bags are extremely thin and would suggest using a thicker and/or stronger material.
