"These capsules are very easy to swallow. I had some difficulty filling them with the powdered supplements. I made a jig to hold them upright while filling with a tiny funnel and tube. There are smaller holes from the bottom of the jig to push those filled sections up out of the jig while capping each. See finished capsules laying on the jig. "

The shipping box was very thin and had a torn in shipping. The bag with the capsules was very thin and ended up with a hole from the torn box. I will go back to purchasing my capsules from Capsuline.
