“Great location and facilities”

“Since starting here, Pure Offices has always felt very inclusive of everyone who works here or visits. Hazel and Sarah always go to such lovely efforts to making the place a safe and happy environment, decorating it for each festive season or special holiday and being there for you if needed. I especially love the coffee machine, however, as this is what keeps me going through the day and gives me a chance to meet all the other friendly folk who work in the building. Pure Offices is always a clean and happy environment and I can't give it enough praise! The parking is also ideal as there is always plenty of space for everyone. Alternatively, there is a bus stop directly across the road, meaning Pure Offices is very accessible for people from all walks of life. It truly is a great place to work.”

“We have been tenants in Pure Offices Leith for 10 years now and nothing feels like home like this workplace. We get to celebrate any special occasions with other tenants. Every staff member has always been taking care of us and is just great service.”

“We moved into Pure Offices in Edinburgh Park this week. Melanie and the team have been amazing throughout the whole process. Melanie looked after us from the start when we viewed the offices all the way through contracts and moving in. All the IT, Comms, door access and introducing us to our new neighbours was simple and really appreciated. The offices and facilities provided are fantastic, excellent condition and exceptional value for money, loads of parking and only a minute from the Tram stop. We really cant thank Melanie enough and look forward to being a long standing tenant. 10/10”

“The office was recently acquired by Pure Offices, ever since then I feel like the level of service, i.e. cleaning has been very poor and general commodities are slowly being taken away. General maintenance of the premises has dropped substantially since new ownership. I feel that too many changes are being made far too quickly without consulting tenants as your business is focused on keeping tenants happy, you should ensure the service which was agreed upon and expected is the one the tenants are still receiving. Original staff are still present and still a joy and pleasure to work with. Very bad experience so far from Pure Offices”

We are sorry to receive your feedback, if you contact the team on-site directly, they can look more closely at the issues you refer to surrounding cleaning and general maintenance. We have plans in place to significantly improve the centre from refurbishing the toilets, installing new kitchens and later in the summer creating a business lounge and refurbished meeting rooms. We hope that once the works are complete, you will like the transformation. In the meantime, we are striving to ensure the building maintenance and cleanliness is at a high standard and will review this to ensure standards are not slipping.

“We have been here for 2 years now. Great service from Roger, Mandika & Sandra. Very friendly team and we always stop for a chin wag with them. The team have always been very accommodating and we have not experienced any issues. Highly recommend these offices, good parking facilities, cafe etc. Keep up the good work guys! Kritesh”

“Mace have been using several of the Pure Office rooms Leamington Spa whilst working on a project in the local area. Pure offer very flexible spaces which can be adapted to suit needs for desk space, meeting rooms etc. Pure organised furniture to suit our purposes as well as a cleaner that worked around our business hours. The management team are very welcoming, Roger and Mandika always stop for a chat in the mornings and quick to pick up any questions or further needs. The Hub cafe is a great addition with very friendly staff and a great menu of food to choose from. We have been here since April and are very pleased with everything so far.”

“We moved into Pure Offices in Edinburgh august 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. Lesley, Hazel and the team could not have been more helpful, they explained all of the T&Cs, Covid safety measures and welcomed us warmly to the building. We then moved into a slightly larger office in the same building in April 2021 and again, the Pure Offices team have been brilliant. Great customer service and a warm and friendly atmosphere, sometimes Lesley and the team even host little social get togethers for everyone in the building creating a real community feel. The building itself is accessible, in a great location, good value for money and is super clean and well maintained. We're really happy here and highly recommend Pure Offices!”

“Driven Logistics have moved in to Pure Offices Turnberry Park Morley Leeds. It is a very modern, clean, friendly and the most help full on site managers that a company can ask for. We have been made very welcome . We love it and I am sure any future clients will be so impressed.”

“I have worked for Jays Homecare based in Pure offices at Thorpe Park Leeds 3 weeks ago and the reception staff are lovely they are very friendly and helpful and have really helped me to settle in”

“We are currently in the Morley Centre and I can honestly say the centre is run professionally whilst still being friendly and approachable. The centre manager Michael Murray is fantastic nothing is too much trouble and he deals with any issues promptly without any fuss.”

“Clean Shield Professional have been a tenant of Pure Offices for many years . I suppose that says it all . It’s convenient for our business but more importantly reception is worth its weight in gold . Trudy,Claire and Grace do a brilliant job in keeping everyone happy.”
