“I had there system for almost 10 years the water taste very nice ! However the cost of the filers and annual service every year is extremely high and in the last 3 years that keep increasing the price. Despite being a long term customer. The last service I had the engineer didn't do a good job. I notice that the pump would activate more frequently when I was hardly using any water. And now as a result the pump is broken and leaking brown liquid. I fear to contact them because it will cost a arm and leg. Thankfully selling the house next week and leaving this system behind! I will never buy from this company again. !!!”
