“I purchased 2 moisturisers that have not arrived. I have emailed 3 times with no response. I followed up with NZpost, filing a lost parcel. They need you to contact them. A bit frustrating as the products are so lovely.”

“The products are very tiny and expensive. I ordered 2 x sensitive skin packs and only received 1, but have now had a refund for the missing products. I did expect the skin packs to come in some type of packaging suitable for giving as a gift, However, they arrived as separate items and were not really what I expected. I wasn't happy and will not be ordering from you again.”

“Have applied Peony to left arm only. Regretfully I have noticed an itchyness but no improvement to the lumps on my skin. My right arm is also lumpy, however I use Diovabet to get relief. So far I am disappointed with your expensive product.”

“I ordered a double tube of Pure Peony and still havent received it. I emailed the company to find out where it had gotten to and still havent had a response. In the NZ Post website it shows that the goods were allocated a reference number but there are no further updates on where my parcel is. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!”

“Product: Immune Boost Tea. I was disappointed that the best before date was 30 July, meaning that it has to be used within les than three weeks from time of arrival. Had I been aware of the short shelf life I would not have ordered as many packets.”

“Hello, I just used this for the first time and after washing my hair with the shampoo and conditioner my hair has been left very greasy. I don’t think I can use this as a way to clean my hair as I will have to re wash it with regular shampoo”
