“Hi all having read other users reviews on Pure Peony, and having severe Psiorasis my self, I purchased the products. Unfortunately it has made no difference at all to the Psiorasis and using the hair wash soap just gave me a dry and dandruff scalp. So bitterly disappointed. I actually used the whole tube of cream in one week, but sadly nothing beneficial. Sorry to give a negative review but you should know that it may not work for all. AFB Nelson”

“I tried to contact pure peony on their online chat concerned about a skin reaction. I found the online help person very unhelpful and rude. Poor customer service and no advice or help as to why I had a reaction to the products”

“I unfairly expected miracles but it was not to be. My leg infection showed not the slightest improvement. This is not a reflection on the product but for me, it didn't work.”

“My husband doesn’t see any visual results yet on rosea type skin after using the High Factor Peony Root cream for over 10 days twice a day. Would normally people have visual results by now or not? How long does it take normally to see the improvement in skin condition?”

“After using the Healing Shampoo Bar, I had a scalp discomfort and a lot of hair was falling out. The Conditioner Bar made my hair feel limp, flat and greasy. It did not work for my sensitive scalp.”

“Shampoo made my hair super heavy like it had been dunked in wax, had to wash with shampoo 3x to get the feeling out, I emailed to see if maybe a bad batch to get told they don’t make the Shampoo.”

“All the products I have purchased so far have been exceptional. However, The Everyday Peony Root Moisturiser was not to my liking. It has an odour that reminds me of fish, maybe it is a bad batch? I just cannot use it because of the smell, which lingers and is unsuitable as a moisturiser. I had to wipe it off after an hour or so - too much to bear. I hope you can remedy this, do let me know when you have done so. Regards, Rik Schinkel.”

“We are distressed ! our package did not arrive within the stated time. All contact with Pure Peony has been wonderful, however the delivery that was supposed to be 4-6 days has still kot been delivered 13 days later. We are boarding our flight for Europe where we live, minus the 500g cream.”

“I bought the pack of cream, soaps, shampoo and conditioner bars. I mostly bought it for the cream for my partners psoriasis. He has used it night and morning for a week. Sad to say it had no effect at all. 😕”
