“I was recommended this cream from another mum whos uses it on her daughter. But unfortunately the cream did not work for our 3 year old son and actually stung him when we applied it to his legs and arms.”

“Unfortunately received a less than ideal shipment. Stems had black spots over them and only about half ended up opening. The ones that did open were stunning”

“The only perks were that the peonies arrived timely. I bought 40 of them and they are mostly small. They weren't exactly cheap either as they aren't the florist grade. Definitely aren't big as photos. At first, I noticed some of the white ones came in the size of half an egg, and they bloomed to missing petals or did not end up blooming. Some of the coral ones were old and started dying after a couple of days as well. I contacted them on Facebook and reflected the situation, at first they replied but then ghosted me completely. Towards the 6th-7th day, 5 purple ones did not bloom at all, and started rotting after a few days, despite following their instructions (give them vinegar and sugar mix, cut the stem diagonally every few days). I couldn't be bothered to contact further. Perhaps good in person if you can come and pick.”

“I bought Pure Peony for my Rosacea. At first the redness went down, but then it started to increase. Gave applying it a rest and started again after a few days. Once again the redness decreased only to increase again after applying for 3 days straight. Seems I am allergic to this product, as it reuced my Rosacea initially but once applying it a few times actually increased my rosacea.”

“I bought the peony root shampoo bar for a small patch of eczema on my scalp. Sorry to say, there was no relief from the itch or healing benefit at all.”

“The product is fabulous but the website is annoying and confusing. It was hard to decide which product would be best for my condition as there seemed to be a few products doing the same thing. I thought that maybe there are just a few products but marketed in a way to look as though there are more products. I would like to see on the site the product, its size, and what conditions it best suits in a simple form.”

“I have bought Pure Peony in the past for my daughter-in-law and my brother but until recently I have not suffered from eczema myself. Now I need it, I bought some of your products to help but I am sorry to say that I am not really finding a lot of relief. My eczema is continuing to develop. Perhaps I am just under a bit too much stress and the expectations for your products are a bit high.”

“The goods only started being moved a week after I had ordered them, and co-incidentally the day I sent an email asking where they were. There was no response to my email, so I was rather disappointed there. The creams are soothing, but the customer service could do with some polishing.”

“I've had eczema and urticaria for 20+ years and I'm always looking for products that are calming and restorative. Unfortunately Pure Peony cream didn't make any difference after a week of using the product. I found it nice but quite 'drying' - not very much slip. I am still using the soap which I like and find quite moisturising.”
