“Unfortunately this product didn't help with my skin condition”

“Couldn't get the shampoo to lather at all, no matter how much I used. I have really thick hair, so it just didn't feel clean. Was really disappointed with the conditioner bar too. It left my hair feeling dull and very greasy. Would not use this again, but may retry the shampoo with a different conditioner. I have psoriasis on my scalp, so was really hoping these would help. Proved to be an expensive experiment :(”

“Hi, I have "experienced" psoriasis for 25 years. As so many others have, I also have a room full of "cures!" Re this particular avenue, I have tried the big pack for 2 weeks. I have not noticed any improvement in my condition. I have noticed that the shampoo and conditioner have resulted in an extreme shedding ftom the head...I guess that is positive! Other that that, body skin has not altered.”

“Hi there, I am trying to contact someone through the given emails to return my purepeony item. Unfortunately it did not work for my baby boys eczema. I have not heard back and it has been a couple of days. I contacted 10 days from my shipment day which I read we must do in order to get a refund.”

“maybe I was expecting more but I have used the cream 3/4 times a day with very little results, Am using the healing soap & shampoo too. Lovely to use, I will keep using till all gone”

“Sorry to say that the cream did not live up to expctation, I bought it for Psoriasis that I have and found that your tube to be small and very pricy, also did not soothe the rash at all, I have used cheaper creams and found those to help easy the rash better than Pure Peony. Regards Jutta.”

“Hi team, great product BUT really disappointing to see the lack of love in the delivery. The goods were just put in a cardboard box with some corrugated cardboard to separate the items. How much better it would have been to see the goods better presented, maybe wrapped in tissue, perhaps a packing slip or invoice and a note to say thanks for the order. I chose to deal with you because you are an NZ small business and found the experience well below standard compared to other local companies I purchase from. These small things wouldn't cost much and would have made a huge difference.”

“I have been using the peony product for about a week now with no obvious changes yet other than some slight relief for a short time. The affected patch of skin that is constantly itching continues to grow. This may be too short a time to be a test but I will keep trying and report back to update if there are any solid improvements.”

“To be honest I’m disappointed with the tiny size of the shampoo and conditioner bars. I’ll get through that shampoo in no time, especially as it’s so difficult to wedge out of the tin when it’s wet. I have seen no improvement in itchiness / flakiness either. I probably won’t buy again.”

“I have yet to try the products , given the cost , I hope they work . Disappointed with packaging , the tin was dented , had planned to give as a gift- can’t do that ! 4 items in a black plastic bag , no box or tissue !! How hard would it be to put in a box , I will let you know how I feel about the product 🌸🌸”

“It hasn't made an impact so far. Size of the sample does not seem that it will last long enough to notice any change. Expense doesn't warrant the result.”

“I so wanted this product to be the magical answer to my eczema. So far, however, while it doesn’t aggravate my skin, I have experienced no improvement. I have tried the High Factor Peony Root Skin Remedy and the Healing Body Bar.”

“We have been using the high factor skin remedy for over a week now and have unfortunately not seen an improvement on my son's skin. He has eczema on his hands and we have been putting on the cream at least twice daily.”
