“ Drop off at Gatwick South was quick and easy but when we returned I called to let them know we had our bags and were heading to the car park. We then waited half an hour for our car which was only brought then because I asked to check on it. Apparently 'they' had forgotten to bring it to us. Mistakes happen I guess, it wasn't the best first time of using the service but it wouldn't put me off using them again. ”
