Fantastic service,from start to finish At first we had a gentleman Luke came to value my property ,on my open day I couldn't believe the turn out ,about 26 couples came to view my home with Jamie,he was showing them around my home ,The bidding war had started ,which was fantastic as only needed one viewing.

Very happy with Phil Gould and team at Purple Bricks's Solihull office. Advice on appropriate purchaser to go with, type of sale suggested and general issues associated with selling were genuine and accurate. Phil was always polite, professional and approachable; giving realistic deadlines whilst being attentive to any potential pitfalls during the selling process. I highly recommend this gentleman and his team to anyone hoping to sell their house in the Solihull area of the West Midlands through Purple Bricks. The only minor downside perhaps is Purple Bricks's productivity app which can be a little counterintuitive and "fluffy" at times, but all-in-all, we received an excellent all-round service from this estate agency group

We have had GREAT service from Purplebricks. Jordan our estate agent went over and beyond to help make our sell/move go as smoothly as possible. She kept us informed all through the journey. We could not have wished for more. We would not hesitate to recommend Purplebricks.

Excellent fast transaction. House sold in 5 days. The agent Aaron Tomkins was brilliant, from taking photos, to organising sale. Excellent service.! Fully recommended.!! And £22,000 over asking price 👌🏼

Post-sale however PB are a nightmare! They provide a reactive service which means you will need to phone them in order for them to phone buyers solicitors to get an update.

There were quite a few problems and issues that arose unfortunately but the service and personal service I got of Alex were second to none! He was very professional and nothing was to much effort for him he went the extra mile for us so many times! The property has now sold but I am sure without his vast experience and commitment it wouldn't have.
