You send a complaint about your service to the dedicated complaint email it’s been three weeks now no reply even after emailing jo the agent who signed me up who can’t even be bothered to reply either.

Can you imagine telling that your buyers? The service costs an extra £600 between the unhosted package to the package that includes hosted viewings.

This company is full of crooks and customer service advisors who are not there to assist you anything you have been promised by this company is simply a lie I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere as their advertisement lies.

Ironically for a digital service they wanted proof in person! As bas was the lifetime legal organisation.

I travelled over 2 hours for this viewing and paid 15pounds for the train, for the agent to not show up. I was left waiting in heavy rain for 30mins and the only way i managed to get through their customer service was pretending I was making an offer on a house.
