If within 10 months with purplebricks I have only had 5 views and no offers, can I quit them without having to pay their fee once I have opted for 'pay later'?
We signed up with Purple Bricks several months ago and like other people haven't been very impressed with the 'service'. Viewings arranged and cancelled, and I noticed someone cancelled because of delay replying by PB. We are now being urged to put this property on their auction site but still feel unsure about doing this. However, we need to sell quickly. Has anyone had experience of this?
