“My card was used fruedently and items were purchased on this site. I informed purplebubblings.com of this and asked them to cancel the order. They have refused and say all sales are final.
Let this be a warning to anyone else wishing to use this site as no where on this site does it say all sales are final. In fact it says it can cancel your order unless it has been shipped. My order has not been shipped!
They are refusing to answer any of my emails and as there is no telephone number, there is no other way to contact them.

“Wish I could give ZERO stars. I ordered a bunch of things from this website, like others, due to their very enticing videos. The few things I did receive were complete garbage. The adjustable glasses have two full inches of separation between one eye and another. I don't know anyone whose nose bridge is 2" wide. I purchased the Super Bright Tactical Flashlight. It is super bright so long as it's plugged in. When you disconnect it, it doesn't work. Apparently they forgot to put the rechargeable batteries in it when they manufactured it. No worries. I'll just use real batteries. Nope those didn't work. I also ordered Super Waterproof tape. Never showed up. And the Kitchen Bubble Cleaner. Also didn't show up. I feel sorry for those who lost $20 or $40. I'm out over $100. They appear to send you the cheapest stuff and not the more expensive stuff. When you average it out, I paid close to triple the price for the cheap garbage which I did receive. This company is clearly ripping people off.
Folks, it's time to stop supporting the CCP. I will not ever purchase another Ch1nese product. Not online, not through Amazon, not through Ebay, and not even through any store I may walk into. If it says "Made in Ch1na", I'll just leave it there. Time to support American products, American jobs, American lifestyle, and American values.
Just my humble opinion after being ripped off by very clever advertising. And yes, their videos are mostly all over youtube. You can't trip over a youtube video without seeing one of their ads.

The glasses I ordered fell apart as I took them out of the bag. Even if they had stayed together they wouldn't have worked. I gave purple bubbling (or what ever they are called) a chance to refund my money and they refused. They should be taken off any social media site.”

“I purchased the adjustable glasses for my mother on May 11th. I got an email with the order number. On May 12th the email said my package was on the way. I haven't seen anything since then, but they have already pulled my money for the purchase from the bank. I did not know the merchandise was coming from China. I have placed orders from there in the past and had no problems.”

The item I ordered was dried up and had a strong chemical order. They said I don’t qualify for return or refund or exchange! What horrible customer service. Now I’ll have to get my money back through MasterCard, and I will never buy anything from them ever again!
Not sure why they would treat their customers this way. It’s not conducive to making a successful company, but that’s what they do!
