my pyramid wifi says it is connected to my computer but when I try and connect to my tv it says it cannot be found and the box is blinking a green light on the left hand side so I'm guessing unless the green light in the middle is on then it is not connected

Hi Emma, the green middle LED shows when you are connected to a server yes. To switch server go to Pyramidsetup.com - if you run into any issues or team are on hand at pyramidwifi.com
