Until recently I've had no complaints. However, the last two times I placed an order delivery was delayed. Your web site said that the product was in stock and ready to ship. When I called you, your representative said the product was on back order.

The product is good. I appreciated your help in tracking it. It took two weeks to get it, which is no reflection on you. It, somehow, got stranded in Seattle. Even the tracking system was down. It was a time of major snow across the country, so, I can accept that reason for challenges with the Post Ofc. delivery. Deliveries are usually delayed several weeks to one month late although the product usually will arrive. Once I had an incomplete delivery as well.
