I can’t in good conscience recommend this company. I bought a $215 peptide online. It was never in stock but they sold it anyway. I canceled my order requesting a refund. It’s been almost a month and I have yet to get my refund. Customer service says “we’re updating our system.” They’ve been saying that for 3 weeks. This is a poor business model and borderline stealing

Almost a month later and still don’t have all my order; nice but very slow fixing things. One item shipped from overseas and just brown envelope, box looked open, cap not tight, no security film, box smashed; item retuned and still waiting for refund. No offer to make any adjustments for horrible delivery service. Will NOT use again!!!!

First time ordering for this company couldn't be more disappointed. Order on January 17 waited for my order. Nothing came finally I reached out apparently it was in back order. No where in the website did it say it was in back order. Asked for a refund and that also has been an issue. March 4 & waiting for an update on my refund.

Do not buy anything from Qi Supplements - within 5 days is a lie.
"Realistically we are looking at 3 weeks to resume shipping backorders, but they should be coming in really fast, so we're hoping in 3 weeks we should be 100% caught up."
