QI customer service solved my order issue by suggesting a swap to a similar product for the same price. Received that new product within a few days. Kudos to customer service rep GEE. I'm testing that replacement sproduct now. Nothing to report as yet.

1st delivery suffered a delay due to customs, however customer service rep was happy to explain the delay. 2nd deliver arrived very quickly.

Customer service was great as a product was out of stock and when I inquired about my order they were able to get me one made elsewhere that is fine. It is too soon to say if I notice any differences yet, but my husband and I are both taking the Cartalax bioregulator. Hopefully it will help.
