“So far my experience been terrible it took longer for my shipment to be mailed then when it came I didn't receive it because the address was missing my apt # because of the change my order was going to be shipped so now it got to be shipped back to the sending so they can re ship it so it's going to be like 24 days before I get my order”

We are surprised and disappointed to see how different you expressed yourself privately in our email dialogue while we worked to resolve the issue with your order.
You placed two orders at the same time and on one of the orders placed, you forgot to include your apartment number.
Your order was shipped out March 27th and had to be returned because the shipping label was created exactly how the order was placed.
As soon as the error was caught, we were in consistent communication to get things resolved as soon as possible. We profusely apologized for the inconvenience to you. We accommodated you by refunding the shipping paid on your second order.
We worked as quickly as possible to correct this error and your order was reshipped and delivered by April 10th, 2023
