How is it that this company appear to give such atrocious service for some people while other folk sing its praises? It seems schizophrenic. Are there two offices - one full of competent and professional staff and the other populated by ignorant wasters? The naked ferocity of the negative reviews that I have read, and the awful treatment they recount, leads me to doubt the reliability of this company. Despite the very attractive prices advertised, I don't think I will be buying from Quick Mobile Fix. I can do without that kind of pain in my life.

I have Been waiting four months for my champagne gold I phone 5s put in the order 28th July was told it had been delivered and checked tracking with my ID number and was informed the parcel had been carded? I have not received no card no phone I am angry dissapointed and very disgusted at how you can take my money and not giving me what I ordered if I had read all the reviews first I would definately not of used this site still waiting four months later with no update unless I contact them I feel mugged off and feel I am losing my patience keep getting lied to and fobbed off and no reassurance of what had happened to my phone or maybe there was no phone to sell
