“Socks are seen as the most mundane of gifts, a mere necessity in a man's wardrobe, but Quiet Rebellion has re-imagined the very simple act of pulling on a pair in the morning. The idea of having a bright, yet thoughtful design on an otherwise innocuous garment, is an inventive one, almost like having a rude tattoo that no-one can see unless you choose to show them, in an unguarded moment. Even the packaging and accompanying postcards are inspired, adding depth and a twist of history, to something that's very new.”
